Hi! I’m Kaella! Im a true Floridian born & raised. Happy Wife, Mom, and Dog Mom. I Went to St. Lukes Lutheran Private School until 8th grade and then Oviedo High School. This is a little bit about me, and how i got started in the hair industry. Is having a drawer full of hair extensions not normal? Growing up I had an entire dresser drawer full of extensions. Wefts, clips ins, I Tip Hair from Sally’s, beauty depot stores, You name it I had it. As a little kid, one summer my friends and I turned my entire living room into small businesses. There was a bank, a travel agency, and guess what mine was? A Hair Salon, KMS - Kaella’s Magical Salon. Cute name, right? Then in my high school years, my parents let me get hair extensions. My hair stylist at the time was learning how to do I tip extensions and would practice on me. Shortly after that, my parents told me i would have to pay for the upkeep, and as a 16 year old I couldn’t afford that. So, what did i do? I taught myself and my friend how to do them, and we would install hair extensions on each other. Then other friends of mine from school found out and i started doing their hair. Hair extensions have always been a passion of mine, there’s just something so special about being able to instantly change your whole look. The confidence extensions gives is indescribable. If you’re an extension wearer, you know what i mean! Whether you have very thin hair that wont grow, or you want your hair longer, or to add some color without having to color your natural hair, the possibilities really are endless! After graduating high school, i went to college for a very short amount of time and quickly realized it just wasn’t for me. I enrolled in hair school, and its been the best decision I’ve made. After hair school, I was lucky enough to start working at a Salon in Winter Springs where i learned so much! I was there for about 5 years, and after that opened up a Salon Suite! During that time, i worked for a hair extension company traveling the U.S. to all the different hair shows, teaching and installing hair extensions all day every day! It was such a great experience that ill forever be thankful for! The suite life was great, but after 4 years I started feeling like I needed more room to grow, and that is when KP Roman Salon was created! KP Roman is all of my passion, joy & energy bundled up into one space. KP are my initials, and Roman is my dogs name, who i am entirely too obsessed with. I really hope when you come into my salon you feel welcomed, important, and beautiful!

I’ve always had a love for beauty, and over time I found my passion in blonding, dimensional color, and hair extensions. I focus on creating soft, seamless looks that feel natural and elevated.
I’m very intentional with my work, and every service is customized based on your hair, your goals, and what fits best for you. I take the time to make sure everything is tailored so you leave feeling confident and like the best version of yourself.
I care just as much about the experience as I do the results. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely taken care of from beginning to end.
Outside of the salon, I enjoy staying active, traveling, spending time with my family, and being with my dog, Kodi.

Sarah Matas - Hair Stylist
Hi, I’m Sarah!
I graduated from Aveda Institute in Winter Park, where I discovered my passion for hair. I specialize in extensions and color, with a focus on dimensional and lived-in blondes, along with customized haircuts to complete each look.
I truly enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships with my clients. My goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where every guest feels at ease, valued, and at home in my chair.
A little about me—I have two dogs, and I’m getting married this May! I love hanging out with my fiancé and pups, spending time with family, going to the beach, hitting the gym, being outdoors, and trying new things whenever I can.
What I love most about being a stylist is the ability to make a meaningful impact on someone’s everyday life—helping each client feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin.
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of KP Roman and to work alongside such an inspiring mentor. I’m excited for what the future holds and can’t wait to meet you!
